摘要
本文以教学实验为基础,对美沙拉嗪的合成工艺进行改进。以水杨酸为原料,用硝酸进行硝化后得到5-硝基水杨酸,再以被浓盐酸活化的铁粉对5-硝基水杨酸进行还原,合成5-氨基水杨酸,采用熔点和红外光谱对结构进行了表征。
Based on the teaching experiment,this paper is improved the synthesis process of methalazine. Taking salicylic acid as raw material,5-nitrosalicylic acid was obtained by nitrifying with nitric acid,and then 5-amino-salicylic acid was synthesized by reducing 5-nitrosalicylic acid with iron powder activated by concentrated hydrochloric acid. The structure of the target compound was comfirmed by melting point and FT-IR.
