摘要
本文选用过量硫酸作为磺化剂,利用磺化反应、中和反应,制备得到白色粉末状、纯度高的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,并着重考察了反应物投料比、反应温度、反应时间、后处理过程溶剂的使用等影响因素,优化了合成工艺。
This article chooses excessive sulfuric acid as sulfonation reagent,and uses sulfonation reaction,neutralization reaction to prepare the Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate which is a kind of white powder and has high purity. The influencing factors such as reactant feed ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time,the use of solvents in the post-treatment process are investigated in detail to optimize the synthesis process.
