摘要
采用流动注射法快速准确测定海水中可溶性硅酸盐,该方法很好的解决了测定过程中海水盐度干扰的问题。在优化好的试验条件下,方法检出限为0.050mg/L,浓度在0.00~2.40 mg/L具有良好的线性关系(相关系数0.999 9)。实际海水样测定的RSD为0.060%~0.21%,加标回收率为84%~100%,检测频率为35样/h。此方法与普通分光光度法相比具有快速、省时、方便、基体干扰小,精密度和准确性好等优点,适合批量样品的测定。
The method of flow injection is used to accurately determine the soluble silicate in seawater,which is a good way to solve the problem of salinity disturbance in the measuring process. In well optimized experimental conditions,the method detection limit of 0. 050 mg/L,the concentration in 0. 00 - 2. 40 mg/L has a good linear relationship( correlation coefficient 0. 9999),the actual water samples to determine the RSD was 0. 060% - 0. 21%,standard addition recovery was 84% - 100%,the detection frequency of 35 sample/h. This method is compared with common spectrophotometric method is fast,efficient,convenient and matrix interference is small,the advantages of good precision and accuracy,suitable for the batch sample determination.
