对电感耦合等离子体-质谱仪测定金银花中重金属镉含量的影响因素的研究 被引量:2

摘要 探索金银花重金属检测[1]过程中,不同的前处理及微波消解程序对重金属检测结果的影响。以金银花药材为研究对象,在前处理过程中使用不同的硝酸量、不同的浸泡时间及微波消解过程中采用不同的升温程序,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱仪(以下简称:ICPMS)[2]测定金银花中重金属镉的含量。硝酸量、浸泡时间、微波消解仪升温程序的不同,均对金银花中重金属镉的含量影响较大。通过探索影响金银花中重金属镉含量的各种因素,最终确定使用ICP-MS测定中药材中重金属含量的最佳实验方案。 The influence of different pretreatment and microwave digestion procedures on heavy metal detection results in honeysuckle was investigated. Taking honeysuckle herb as the research object,different nitrate amount,soaking time and microwave digestion process were used in the pretreatment,The content of heavy metal cadmium in honeysuckle was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer( ICP-MS). The content of heavy metal cadmium in honeysuckle was significantly affected by the difference of nitric acid content,soaking time and heating process of microwave digestion instrument.Through exploring various factors that influence the content of heavy metal cadmium in honeysuckle,the optimal experimental scheme for the determination of heavy metal content in Chinese medicinal materials by ICP-MS was finally determined.
