摘要
采取顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(HS-SPME-GC/MS)技术对灵香草粉挥发性成分进行分析,并对SPME条件进行优化,包括三种萃取头的选择、萃取温度和时间。结果表明,最佳SPME试验条件为100μm PDMS萃取头,60℃下萃取40min,共鉴定出59种挥发性成分,包括烷烃类13种,酯类8种,烯类7种,醇类6种,酚类6种,酮、醛、苯各1种,其他及杂环化合物等12种。所有这些挥发性成分揉和在一起,赋予灵香草粉丰富自然辛香、药香、水果香和清凉感。
The volatile constituents of Lysimachia foenum-graecum powder were analyzed by Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction combined with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,and the SPME conditions were optimized,including the selection of three extraction heads,extraction temperature and time. The results shows that the optimum extraction conditions were100 μm PDMS extraction heads,60 ℃,and 40 min extraction. A total of 59 volatile compounds were identified,including 13 alkanes,8 esters,7 alkenes,6 alcohols,6 phenols,1 ketones,1 aldehydes and 1 benzene,12 kinds of other heterocyclic compounds and so on. All of these volatile components together,endow Lysimachia foenum-graecum powder with rich natural spice,medicine aroma,fruit aroma and cool feeling.
