摘要
钻井液用纳米乳液是在特定工艺条件下利用转相乳化法制备出的一种小粒径、高分散性的O/W型化学处理剂。在室内对纳米乳液RHJ-1的合成配方及工艺进行了优化研究,并对其稳定性、润滑性、降滤失性、抑制性进行了性能评价,结果表明,纳米乳液RHJ-1除具有较高的稳定性,亦具有良好润滑性、流变性和抑制性。该纳米乳液在胜利油田滨425区块X138井进行了现场应用,应用证明,纳米乳液RHJ-1具有良好的配伍性,加入纳米乳液的钻井液体系,流型稳定,润滑性提高,泥饼质量改善明显,泥页岩微裂隙得到有效封堵,滤失量降低,对抑制页岩水化膨胀、防止井壁造浆具有良好效果。
Nano emulsion is one O/W type chemical treatment agent with small size and high dispersion,which prepared out by useing phase inversion emulsification under the specific technological conditions. The formulation study was carried out in the laboratory,and the stability, lubrication,water loss,inhibitionof RHJ-1 was also analyzed in the laboratory,The results show that RHJ-1 has high stability,good lubrication, water loss and inhibition. The nano emulsion has been used in the field of X138 well in Shengli oilfield,The practical application shows that Nano emulsion has good compatibility. After adding nano emulsion,Drilling fluid system is stable in rheological proper,Lubrication improved, The quality of well wall mud cake is obviously improved. Shale micro fracture was effectively blocked,Loss of water is reduced,Nano emulsion can effectively inhibit the expansion of shale hydration,good effect on preventing the slurry wall.
