摘要
目的探讨再生障碍性贫血患者血浆白细胞介素-35(IL-35)表达水平及其与调节性T细胞(Tregs)的关系。方法我院收治的312例再生障碍性贫血患者(观察组)和同期35名健康体检者(对照组),检测两组血浆IL-35、IL-8、Tregs细胞含量,并比较观察组各亚组、对照组血浆IL-35、IL-8、Tregs细胞含量,并分析再生障碍性贫血患者的临床疗效与血浆IL-35、IL-8、Tregs细胞含量以及血浆IL-35、IL-8水平与其Tregs细胞含量的相关性。结果观察组IL-35、Tregs细胞含量低于对照组,IL-8水平高于对照组,有效组和对照组IL-35、Tregs细胞含量高于无效组,IL-8水平低于无效组,对照组IL-35、Tregs细胞含量高于有效组,IL-8水平低于有效组(P<0.05);再生障碍性贫血患者的疗效与IL-35、Tregs细胞含量呈明显正相关(P<0.05),但与IL-8水平无明显相关性(P>0.05);血浆IL-35水平与其Tregs细胞含量呈明显正相关(P<0.05),而IL-8水平与Tregs细胞含量无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 IL-35、Tregs细胞在再生障碍性贫血疾病发生中发挥重要作用,患者血浆IL-35表达水平与Tregs细胞含量密切相关,两者可作为再生障碍性贫血疗效评估的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the plasma expression level of interleukin-35 (IL-35 ) in patients with aplastic anemia and its relationship with regulatory T cells (Tregs). Methods We measured plasma levels of IL-35,IL-8 and Tregs in 312 patients with aplastic anemia (observation group) admitted to our hospital and 35 healthy persons (control group) undergoing physical examina-tion in our hospital during the same period.The plasma levels of IL-35, IL-8 and Tregs were compared among subgroups of the observa-tion group and between the observation group and the control group.The association of clinical curative efficiency with plasma levels of IL-35 and IL-8 and levels of Tregs cells as well as the relationship between plasma levels of IL-35/IL-8 and levels of Tregs cells were analyzed.Results The levels of IL-35 and Tregs cells were significantly lower while the IL-8 level was significantly higher in the ob-servation group than those in the control group.The levels of IL-35 and Tregs cells showed that the control group 〉 the effective sub-group 〉 the ineffective subgroup while the IL-8 level showed the control group 〈 the effective subgroup 〈 the ineffective subgroup ( P〈0.05 ).The curative effect on aplastic anemia was positively correlated with the levels of IL-35 and Tregs cells ( P〈0.05 ) , but there was no significant correlation with IL-8 ( P〉 0.05 ) . The plasma IL-35 level in patients with aplastic anemia were positively correlated with the level of Tregs cells (P〈 0.0 5 ) , while there was no significant correlation between the IL-8 level and the level of Tregs cells (P 〉 0.05 ).Conclusion IL-35 and Tregs cells play an important role in the occurrence of aplastic anemia.The plasma expression level of IL-35 is closely related to the level of Tregs cells.The two markers can be used as important indexes for evaluating the curative effect of aplastic anemia.
