氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗中老年人慢性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁的临床对照研究

A clinical control study on deanxit and tandospirone for the treatment of chronic gastritis in the middle-aged and elderly patients with anxiety and depression

目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗中老年人慢性胃炎伴抑郁焦虑的疗效。方法 100例中老年人慢性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁患者,采用随机数字表分为两组各50例,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛+质子泵抑制剂(PPI)治疗6周,坦度螺酮组给予坦度螺酮+PPI治疗6周。观察两组患者的病情变化,同时采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)分析两组患者心理状态的变化。结果治疗3周后,两组SAS评分均降低,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组SDS评分降低(P<0.05),坦度螺酮组SDS评分降低不明显(P>0.05)。治疗6周后,坦度螺酮组SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前;氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组SAS、SDS评分进一步降低(P<0.05),氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组SDS评分比坦度螺酮组降低更明显(P<0.05),两组SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与坦度螺酮治疗中老年人慢性胃炎伴抑郁焦虑的疗效明显,应根据患者不同的心理状态进行合理选择用药。

Objective To compare the curative effect of haloperidol melitracen （ deanxit） and tandospirone for the treatment of chronic gastritis in middle-aged and elderly patients with depression and anxiety.Methods One hundred patients with chronic gastritis accompanied with anxiety and depressive mood disorder were divided into deanxit group and tandospirone group,50 in each group.The deanxit group was given deanxit and proton pump inhibitor （ PPI） treatment for 6 weeks while the tandospirone group was gave tan-dospirone and PPI treatment for 6 weeks.The changes in conditions in the two groups were observed,and the mental state of the two groups was analyzed by the self-rating anxiety scale （ SAS） and the self-rating depression scale （ SDS）.Results After 3 weeks of treatment, the SAS score of the two groups were all reduced significantly （ P 〈0.05 ）.In the deanxit group, the score of the SDS was de-creased significantly （ P 〈0.05 ） but not significant in the tandospirone group （ P 〉0.05 ）.After 6 weeks of treatment, the SAS score of the tandospirone group was further reduced （P 〈0.01） ,and the SDS score of the tandospirone group was significantly lower than before treatment （P 〈0.05 ） .The SAS and SDS score of the deanxit group were all further reduced （ P 〈0.01） , and the SDS scores in the deanxit group were significantly lower than that in the tandospirone group （ P 〈0.05 ） , but there was no significant difference in the SAS scores between the two groups （ P 〉0.05 ） . Conclusion The therapeutic effect of deanxit and tandospirone for chronic gastritis in mid-dle-aged and elderly patients with depression and anxiety is obvious.However,reasonable choice should be made according to different psychological states.
