全面质量管理对提高医院病案归档率的作用探讨

The role of total quality management in the improvement of filing rate of medical records

目的探讨全面质量管理方法对提高医院病案归档率的作用。方法对比我院运用全面质量管理前(2013年9月至2014年3月)与运用全面质量管理方法后(2014年4月至2017年5月)病案归档率的差异。结果运用全面质量管理前2日归档率9.58%,3日归档率17.56%,7日归档率51.55%;运用全面质量管理方法后,病案2日归档率达到98.02%,3日归档率达到99.05%,7日归档率达到100%,运用全面质量管理后病案归档率显著高于运用全面质量管理前(P<0.05)。结论运用全面质量管理的管理方法监管病案归档,完善了制度,提高了病案归档率,保证了病案的可获得性。

Objective To explore the role of total quality management （ TQM） in the improvement of filing rate of hospital records.Methods The differences in the filing rate of medical records in our hospital before TQM （September 2013 to March 2014） and after TQM （ April 2014 to May 2017 ） was compared.Results Before TQM, the total filing rate on the first 2 ,3 and 7 days was 9.58% ,17.56% and 51.55% Respectively.After TQM,the filing rate on the first 2 ,3 and 7 days reached to 98.02% ,99.05% and 100% ,respectively.The filing rate of medical records after TQM was significantly higher than before TQM （P〈0.05）.Conclusion the TQM method can be used to supervise the filing of medical records.It improves the management system and enhances the filing rate of medical records so that ensures the availability of medical records.
