头电针治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍的随机对照研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨头电针结合美多巴治疗帕金森病(PD)睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法 72例PD患者随机数法分配到治疗组与对照组各36例,其中治疗组采用电针(风池穴、完骨穴、天柱穴)结合口服美多巴,对照组单纯口服美多巴。分别于治疗前1日及治疗后第30日采用韦氏帕金森(Webster)量表评测运动症状,帕金森睡眠(PDSS)量表评测非运动症状,比较两组治疗前后结果。结果治疗组Webster评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后PDSS评分均得到改善(P<0.01);但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头电针可以增强美多巴的应用效果,头电针结合美多巴的综合疗法是一种安全有效的PD睡眠障碍治疗方式。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of scalp electroacupuncture combined with M-DOPA in the treatment of sleep disorder in patients with Parkinson’s disease ( PD) .Methods Seventy-two PD patients were randomly assigned to therapeutic or control groups,36 in each group.The therapeutic group was treated with scalp electroacupuncture ( Fengchi points, Wangu points and Tianzhu points) combined with oral administration of M-DOPA while the control group was treated with oral administration of M-DOPA alone.The Webster scores for motor symptoms and the PDSS scores for non-motor symptoms on the day before treatment and on the 30 th day after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The Webster scores in the therapeutic group was remarkably lower than those in the control group (P〈0.01).It also showed that the PDSS scores were improved in the both groups (P 〈 0.01) , but the improvement was better in the therapeutic group than that in the control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusion This study showed that scalp electroacupuncture con enhance the effect of M-DOPA.M-DOPA plus scalp electroacupuncture is a safe and useful adjunctive treatment for PD patients with sleep disorder.
