摘要
目的:本研究旨在筛选出我国常见虫草中ISP-1含量高的种类,为下一步生产ISP-1提供优质菌种。方法:首次系统地使用HPLC对冬虫夏草、凉山虫草、蛹虫草、古尼虫草和亚香棒虫草中的ISP-1含量进行测定。结果:发现五种虫草中都含有ISP-1,蛹虫草中含量高达0. 7933 mg/g,远高于冬虫夏草。结论:从测定结果来看,蛹虫草、凉山虫草、亚香棒虫草中ISP-1含量高于冬虫夏草。可以为下一步生产ISP-1选择优质菌种提供基础。
Objective: Screening varieties with high ISP-1 will to provide premium varieties for the future production. Methods: In this study, the content of ISP-1 in Ophiocordyceps sinensis, Cordyceps /iangshanensis, Cordyceps mi/itaris, Cordyceps gunnii and Cordyceps hawkesii was deter^nined by HPLC systematically for the first time. Results: Our group found that there is ISP-1 in all five cordyceps and the content as high as 0. 7933 mg/g in Cordyceps militaris,which is higher than Ophiocordyceps sinensis. Conclusion: From the measurement results, the content of ISP-1 in Cordyceps Mi/itaris, Liangshan Cordyceps, Cordyceps hawkesii is much higher than Cordyceps sinensis. It will provide the basis for selecting high-quality strains to produce ISP-1 in the future.
