复方黄柏液联合康复新液治疗放射性直肠损伤的随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study of Rectal Injury in Treatment of Fufanghuangbai Liquid Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid

目的:观察复方黄柏液联合康复新液治疗放射性直肠损伤的临床疗效及对患者功能状态及血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者120例,随机均分3组,治疗组给予复方黄柏液联合联合康复新液保留灌肠;对照组1给予复方黄柏液保留灌肠,对照组2给予硫糖铝口服混悬液保留灌肠。观察干预前后症状观察指标、直肠镜粘膜充血水肿情况、Karnofsky功能状态(Karnofsky Performance Status,KPS)及血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平的变化。结果:治疗组、对照1组、对照2组临床疗效总有效率分别为90. 00%、77. 50%、75. 00%,治疗组分别与对照组在临床疗效总有效率比较均有显著性差异(P <0. 05),治疗组分别与对照组在KPS评分、血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平方面比较均有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。结论:复方黄柏液联合康复新液能较好地改善盆腔恶性肿瘤患者放射性直肠损伤临床症状,改善直肠粘膜情况明显,明显地提高患者的功能状态及生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of fufanghuangbai liquid combined ＂with Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of rectal injury and the effect of state and serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF- alpha level function in patients. Methods ： 120 patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into three groups, treatment group was treated with compound Huangbai solution combined with Kangfuxin retention enema; the control group of 1 by fufanghuangbai liquid retention enema,the control group given 2 Sucralfate Oral Suspension retention enema. The changes of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF- levels were observed before and after the intervention,and the indexes of symptoms and signs, rectal mucosal congestion and edema, Kamofsky function （ Kamofsky performance status, KPS）,and serum levels of. Results： The treatment group and the control group 1,control group 2 clinical curative effect the total effective rate was 90%, 77. 50%, 75%, the treatment group compared with the control group in total clinical efficacy was significantly differ-ent efficiency （ P 〈 0. 05） . The treatment group were compared with the control group in the KPS score, serum IL-1, IL-6, TNF - levels were significantly different （P 〈0. 0 5 ） . Conclusion： Compound huangbaisolution combined with Kangfuxin solution can effec-tively improve the pelvic malignant tumor patients of rectal injury clinical symptoms, improve rectal mucosa significantly, significantly improved functional status and quality of life of patients.
