摘要
通过对明代新安医家吴崑著作《针方六集》中的《神照集》、《旁通集》相关论述进行分析整理,发现在《神照集》中,除了论述经脉的循行、腧穴以及相关针灸专著的刺灸法以外,还继承和发扬了针药共同的指导思想—整体观和辨证论治;《旁通集》对针、药的性质作用、治则治法、配伍处方、审气保元、注意事项等方面进行对比和分析,以药理明针理。针药一理思想是吴崑在前人理论的基础上结合自身的临床经验提出的独到观点,不论是理论价值还是对于临床的指导意义来说,其地位都非同一般。
By analyzed the relevant views of “Shenzhao Set” and “Pangtong Set” in “Six Set of Acupuncture Methods” with literature research method. It found that “Shenzhao Set” not only discussed the pathway and acupoints of the twelve meridians and the eight extra meridians, but also inherited and carried forward the common guiding ideology of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine: the overall concept and treatment based on different syndrome. To explained acupuncture theory through Chinese Medicine,the nature and function of acupuncture and medicine, therapeutic principle and method, the composition of prescription, take care of body's strength, cautions of acupuncture and medicine were analyzed in “Pangtong Set” . The acupuncture and Chinese medicine in “The same principle” was a unique view written by Wu Kun, which based on the integration of his clinical experiences and the past theories. In addition, it has great literature value and unusual clinical significance.
