张仲景诊断思路新解

Discussion on Diagnostic Thought of Zhang Zhongjing

张仲景《伤寒杂病论》是公认的指导临床的经典,后世学者对于仲景治疗学思想或者经方的运用研究较多。本文从抓主症辨清病名、重视鉴别诊断、判断中西医治疗优势后再明断病机三方面,较为系统地梳理了仲景诊断学思想,以期提高临床诊断能力,减少误诊误治。

The Treatise on Miscellaneous Diseases of Typhoid Fever, written by Zhang Zhongjing, is one of the most well-known classics for guiding clinical practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Most of the later scholars studieda lot on thetherapeutic thoughts or applications of classic prescriptions. Thispapersystematicallydiscussed the diagnostic thoughts of Zhang Zhongjing from three aspects ： i-dentifying the main symptoms, paying attention to differential diagnosis, and judging the advantages of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. The purpose is to improve the diagnostic ability of doctors in clinical practice, and toprevent misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
