摘要
顶张紧式立管(Top Tension Riser,TTR)监测系统受恶劣工作环境的影响,其安装及维护费用极其昂贵,传感器布设的数量也受到极大限制。讨论不完备阵型基础上的整体损伤识别及传感器布点优化方法,从模态正交性和识别参数敏感性出发,综合应用2种布点方案评估准则作为优化函数,目的在于提高传统传感器布点优化方法的全局寻优能力和收敛速度。以某实际立管为例,证明该方法在细长型柔性结构传感器布点优化方面的可行性和有效性。
Due to harsh environment,the installation and maintenance cost of top tension riser(TTR)field monitoring system is quite expensive.So the number of sensor layout is greatly limited.The global damage identification and sensor placement optimized methods based on the incomplete modal formations is discussed.Based on modal orthogonally and sensitivity of identification parameters,two kinds of evaluation criteria are calculated as optimization function to improve the global optimization ability and convergence speed of the traditional optimization method.An actual riser parameter is taken as an example,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in sensor placement optimization of slender flexible structure are proved.
