摘要
为了探讨人格标签、面孔吸引力对中小学教师魅力的影响,采用实验法对60名中小学生进行研究.结果显示:(1)女生对教师魅力的评价显著高于男生,学段的主效应不显著.(2)面孔吸引力的主效应显著,漂亮面孔的魅力得分显著高于不漂亮面孔的得分;两极性(积极、消极)的主效应显著,学生对拥有积极词汇的教师评分显著高于拥有消极词汇的教师;人格特征(宜人性、尽责性、外倾性、情绪稳定性、开放性)的主效应显著,影响力的大小依次为开放性、外倾性、尽责性、宜人性、情绪稳定性.(3)面孔吸引力和两极性之间存在边缘性的交互作用,即拥有积极人格的教师的魅力高于消极人格的教师,在高面孔吸引力的作用下更加明显;面孔吸引力和人格特征的交互作用不显著.
In order to explore the influence of teachers' personality tag and face attractiveness on their charm for students of different genders and grades, 60 primary and middle school students were studied by experimental method. The results showed that:(1) Girls' evaluation of teacher charm is higher than boys, while students in different sections have no signifi cant difference in the evaluation of teachers, charm. (2) Compared with the non beautiful faces, students have higher eval uation of teachers with beautiful faces. The main effect of bipolar (positive and negative) was significant, and the score of students on teachers with positive words was significantly higher than that of teachers with negative words. The five dimcnsions of the big five personality have an impact on the evaluation of teachers, charm in different sections, the influence fol lowed by openness, extroversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness and ncuroticism. (3) Compared with the negative per sonality vocabulary, participants rate higher who have positive personality vocabulary, in the beautiful face was particularly evident.
