摘要
三通道转杯纺成纱方法用三组分异步喂入,通过分梳辊的梳理、混合和牵伸,在转杯中的离心力作用下再次混合并凝聚成须条,经加捻后成纱,由引纱罗拉导出形成纱线。将蓝白2色羊绒粗纱喂入HPX-03-3B数码纱线机后可以得到细纱,通过反复试验得到了混纺纱线最优方案,使得纱线双色渐变过程清晰。再使用HC2K系列染色试验编织机将蓝白渐变纱线织成样品布,织得的布样手感柔软。选用色纺纱工艺,较普通坯布染色污染少。
During digital rotor spinning process, three rovings were delivered into three component asynchronous feeding rollers. They were combed, mixed and drafted by carding roller, mixed again in the rotor under the action of centrifugal force and condensed into sliver, and then twisted and wound to form special yarn. Blue and white cashmere roving were delivered in HPX -03 -3B digital rotor spinning machine and the spun yarn were produced. Through repeated experiments, best parameters were obtained to make the gradient process of double-colored gradient yarn clear. Then blue and white gradient yarn was woven into sample cloth with HC2K series dyeing test weaving machine. The cloth sample was soft. Colored spinning process had less pollution compared with the ordinary fabric dyeing process.
