摘要
针对传统浆纱过程中煮浆、上浆温度高和能耗大的问题,使用中温溶解淀粉浆料进行经纱上浆。分析了全支链马铃薯淀粉浆料的外貌特征和上浆性能,对JC9.7tex纱进行了中温上浆实践。结果表明,中温时全支链马铃薯淀粉浆液具有良好的黏度稳定性,对纯棉粗纱的黏附性能优良,上浆纱性能良好。
In order to solve the problem of high boiling and sizing temperature and excessive energy consumption during the tradi tional sizing process, starch type slurry which could be dissolved in medium temperature was used to reduce the temperature of the slurry. The appearance and sizing properties of full branched potato starch were analyzed. The sizing practice for JC 9.7 rex yarn at medium temperature was carried out. The results showed that full branched potato starch had good viscosity stability. The adhesion to pure cotton and sizing property under medium temperature were excellent.
