工业化、人口转型与农民收入增长的关系:以陕西省为例

Relations between Industrialization,Population Transformation and Farmers' Income:Taking Shaanxi Province as a case

为探明工业化导致人口转型对农民收入的影响机制,构建起工业化、人口转型和农民收入之间的理论框架,基于陕西省正处于工业化、城镇化持续推进的背景下,从人口转型视角展开关于农民增收问题研究。结果表明:工业化导致了人口转型,人口转型带来的资本深化是农民收入增长的主要解释变量。从调整和优化现代部门结构,破除农村劳动力转移障碍,引导现代部门反哺农村教育,加强农村基础设施建设方面提出助推农民收入增长的政策建议。

The issue about increasing farmers＇ income is studied from the angle of population transformation under the background of industrialization and urbanization continuous promotion in Shaanxi to discuss the mechanism of influencing farmers＂ income by population transformation caused by industrialization and build the theoretical framework among industrialization, population transformation and farmers＂ income. Result： Industrialization results in population transformation and the capital deepening brought about population transformation is a major explaining variable to influence farmers＂ income. The policy suggestions for increasing farmers＂ income are proposed from four aspects of adjusting and optimizing modern department structure, breaking down the labor force shift barrier, guiding modern departments to feed rural education and strengthening rural infrastructure construction.
