摘要
人力资源是社会的第一资源,人才是人力资源的核心。焦作市要想早日跻身到河南省发展的"第一方阵",就必须坚定不移地实施人才强市战略,才能为焦作市经济社会发展注入核心动力。本文以《关于引进培育创新创业领军人才(团队)的意见》为切入点,深入探讨焦作市在人才强市战略实施中遇到的突出问题,进而提出切实有效的路径与对策。
Human resources are the first resource of society, and talent is the core of human resources. If Jiaozuo City wants to enter the "first square" of development in Henan Province as soon as possible, it must unswervingly implement the strategy of building a strong city with talents in order to inject the core power into the economic and social development of Jiaozuo City. This article takes the "Opinions" as the starting point, and deeply explores the outstanding problems encountered by the city in the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the city, and then puts forward effective paths and countermeasures.
