关于浦口区农业科技推广与运用的现状及思考

The Current Situation and Thinking of Agricultural Technology Extension and Application in Pukou District

农业科技推广与运用将有效推动农业增产、农村繁荣、农民增收,为实现"乡村振兴"保驾护航。通过调研总结出结合村情联系扶贫帮扶政策的5点典型经验后,分析了农业科技推广中存在的经费不足、示范户素质不齐、推广方法效果不佳、项目实施效果欠缺灵活性、农业部门发挥作用不够等普遍性问题;提出了增加农业科技推广与运用配套资金、加强农业科技推广层级建设、融合各种推广方法和渠道、重视农业项目全程管理、完善相关政府管理体制5项对策与建议。浦口区目前正致力打造国家现代农业产业科技创新示范园区,未来的农业科技推广项目无论是数量还是规模都将得到大幅提升,这些对策建议将为今后的推广工作提供参考。

The promotion and application of agricultural technology will promote effectively agricultural production, rural prosperity and farmers＇ income,escort the ＂rural revitalization＂. After tracking and investigating the project of innovation and promotion of agricultural technology, the project group summarizes five typical experiences of connecting the policies of poverty alleviation as combining with the rural situations; analyses general problems in agricultural technology promotion, including insufficiency of promotion funds, uneven quality of the model households, low effect of the promotion methods, inflexibility effect of the project implementation and the low function of the agricultural sector; puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions, such as increase the supporting funds of the promotion and application of agricultural technology, strengthen the tier construction of the agricultural technology promotion, integrate various promotion methods and channels of promotion, focus on the whole process management of agricultural projects and improve the management systems related to governments. The Pukou district is striving for building an industry technology innovation demonstration zone of national modem agriculture at present and its future projects of agricultural technology promotion will be improved greatly in both quantity and scale. All of these countermeasures and suggestions will provide reference for furore promotion.
