基于循证医学的案例式教学法对学生临床能力培养效果分析 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨基于循证医学的案例式教学模式对实习学生临床能力的影响。方法以牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院2011级临床医学专业实习学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用以循证医学为基础的案例式教学方法,对照组采用传统实习代教方法,对两组学生的临床能力进行评价。结果两组学生评判性思维能力各维度及总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);主动学习能力、处理信息能力、拓宽知识面、临床技能操作能力、理论和实践结合能力、发现问题、分析问题和解决问题能力及临床思维模式建立方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);基础理论知识成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例分析、病例书写、实践操作、床头病例答辩成绩比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于循证医学的案例式教学模式能提高实习学生临床能力,值得在临床医学实习教学中进一步推广应用。 Objective To explore the effects of case-based teaching model based on evidence- based medicine on clinical competence of clinical practice students. Methods Grade 2011 students of clinical medicine who had clinical practice at Hongqi Hospital affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College were selected as the research subjects. The students were randomly divided into experi-mental group and control group. Case-based teaching method based on evidence-based medicine was used in the experimental group. The control group was taught with the traditional practice teaching method. The clinical competence of the two groups was evaluated. Results The two groups of students differed significantly in critical thinking ability in different dimensions and total score (P〈0.05). They differed significantly in active learning ability; information-proce-ssing ability; broadening knowledge; clinical skills; combining theory with practice; finding, an-alyzing and solving problems; and establishing clinical thinking model (P〈0.05). However, basic theoretical knowledge test scores had no significant difference (P〉0.05). Scores in case an-alysis, case record writing, practical operation, and defense results of bedside cases differed signi-ficantly (F〈0.05). Conclusion Case-based teaching model based on evidence-based medicine can improve interns, clinical competence. Therefore, it deserves popularization and application in clin-ical medical practice teaching.
