摘要
非洲是语言种类最多的大陆,而西非又是语言种类最为密集的非洲地区,语言资源丰富,使用状况复杂。文章从官方语言、本土语言、混合语言及语言政策四个维度入手对西非国家的语言状况进行调查分析,并在此基础上提出一些思考,以期为我国制定和实施面向非洲的语言战略提供参考。
West Africa is the region with the most abundant language resources and its language situation is the most complicated in Africa which has the largest number of languages in the world. This paper surveys the language situation in West African countries from such four perspectives as official languages, indigenous languages, mixed langua ges and language policies. And some propositions are also made for China＇s formulation and implementation of language strategies towards Africa.
