学践并举:基于学习动因的思政理论课教学模式革新

摘要 针对当前高校思想政治理论课教与学存在的问题,课题组从学生学习动力因素分析入手,聚焦学生学习兴趣点,探索设计"学践并举"教学模式,精心设计实践性内容和环节,实践教学与理论教学并重并行;搭建"实""虚"两平台,实施自主开放实践,以师生过程综合考核评价机制来激励师生"双主体"作用,驱动教师教与学生学的"两条腿"走路。教学实践证明,学生对该教学模式的效果满意度稳步提高,对教学的亲和力及获得感明显增强。 Aiming at the existing problems in the teaching and learning of ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities, the research group explores and designs the teaching mode of "implementing learning and practice simultaneously", carefully designs the practical contents and sections, and pays equal attention to practical and theoretical teaching according to the analyses of students" learning motivations and interests. Through the two platforms, independent and open practice can be implemented. Through the motivation of the functions of double subjects of teacher and student by the evaluation system for teacher student comprehensive process, teachers" teaching and students" learning can be driven simultaneously. It is proved in teaching practice that students" satisfaction with the effect of the teaching mode is increasing steadily and their liking and sense of acquisition are improved significantly.
