多维分娩镇痛模式对初产妇产程及阴道分娩率的影响

Effect of multidimensional labor analgesia model on maternal labor and vaginal delivery rate of primipara

目的探讨多维分娩镇痛模式对初产妇产程及阴道分娩率的影响。方法选取2017年1—12月本院收治的初产妇150例,随机将产妇等分为观察组及对照组,对照组产妇分娩期间行常规性分娩指导,观察组产妇分娩期间行多维模式分娩镇痛,比较两组产妇不同产程疼痛评分、各产程时间、阴道分娩率及妊娠结局情况。结果观察组产妇潜伏期、活跃期、第2产程的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组第1产程、第2产程及总产程时间均短于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组产妇阴道分娩率、满意率高于对照组(P <0. 05),剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论多维分娩镇痛模式能有效减轻初产妇分娩时疼痛感,缩短产妇产程,提高产妇自然分娩率,降低不良妊娠结局,提高初产妇分娩满意率。

Objective To investigated the effect of multidimensional labor analgesia model on maternal labor and vaginal delivery rate of primipara. Methods To compared the status of pain scores, time of labor, vaginal delivery rate, and pregnancy outcome, 150 cases of primipara admitted in our hospital from January to December of 2017 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group adopted the routine delivery guidance during childbirth, while the study group adopted the multidimensional labor analgesia during childbirth.Results The visual analogue scale（VAS） of the pregnant women in the study group were generally lower than that in the control group in the latent period, active period and the second stage of labor（ P 〈0.05）. The duration of the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The vaginal delivery rate and satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group（ P 〈0.05）, and the cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate were lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Multidimensional labor analgesia model could effectively relieve the pain of primipara, shorten the process of delivery, improve the natural delivery rate, reduce the adverse pregnancy outcome, and ultimately promote the delivery satisfaction of primipara.
