摘要
针对某款滚动转子式压缩机中接触非线性2个模型,运用有限元方法进行分析,结果表明,定子与壳体过盈配合模型中,定子变形与其切边结构关系较大,运行工况和非运行工况下定子与壳体间抱紧力数值满足设计要求,安全系数达到1.44;泵体模型中,在扭力矩(12.5 N·m和14.5 N·m)作用下,上法兰精加工面变形量为-0.007 mm,满足可靠性运行设计要求。
Two non-linear contact models of one type of rolling rotor compressor is analyzed using FEM(finite element method).The results show that in the interference fit model between the stator and the shell,the stator deformation relates much with the structure of its cutting areas.The values of hold force between the stator and the shell under operation condition and non-operation condition both satisfy the design requirements,whose safety factor reaches 1.44.In the pump model,the finish machining deformation of the top flange is-0.007 mm under the effect of torques(12.5 N·m and14.5 N·m),which satisfies the design requirements of reliability.
