摘要
介绍HFO类制冷剂R1234ze(E)与HFC类制冷剂R134a的基础特性,分别将这2种工质在螺杆式冷水机组上开展制冷循环性能试验,进行整机制冷量、降膜蒸发器传热性能、壳管式冷凝器传热性能及COP等方面的测试。试验结果表明:R1234ze(E)相比R134a样机制冷量有较大的衰减,蒸发和冷凝传热性能均有下降,而整机COP略有提升。指出后续需要针对R1234ze(E)性能衰减、传热能力下降等问题进行深入研究。
The fundamental properties of R1234 ze(E)and R134 a are introduced.The tests on the refrigeration cycle performance are conducted using these two kinds of refrigerant in screw chiller respectively,so as to obtain the unit's cooling capacity,heat transfer performance of falling-film evaporator and tube-shell condenser,COP,etc..The test results show that compared with the R134 a system,the cooling capacity of unit volume for R1234 ze(E)system has big degradation,and the evaporating and condensing heat transfer performance are also decreased,while the COPis a little higher.It's pointed that further research on degradation of performance and heat transfer capacity of R1234 ze(E)system needs to be conducted.
