新时代地勘单位改革发展的再思考

Rethinking the Reform and Development of Geo-Prospecting Units in the New Era

在我国经济社会发展进入新时代的大背景下,国有地勘单位面临体制改革和发展转型双重任务。文章在回顾以往地勘单位改革发展实践、分析当前地勘单位发展面临的突出问题的基础上,从体制转型、发展转型两个方面,阐述了对新时代国有地勘单位改革发展的几点思考。在体制转型方面,要坚定改革方向不动摇,切实制定好改革方案,落实好配套支持政策;在发展转型方面,要转变思想观念,加快结构调整,坚持地质为本,不断改革创新,培育提升能力。

China＇s economic and social development has entered a new era, state-owned geo-prospecting units face the dual tasks of system reform as well as development and transformation. Based on reviewing the practice of reform and development of geo-prospecting units in the past and analyzing the outstanding problems faced by the current geo-prospecting units, this paper presents some thinking about the reform and development of state-owned geo-prospecting units in the new era from the aspects of system transformation as well as development and transformation. In terms of the system transformation, we must adhere to reform orientation, effectively formulate reform plans and implement corresponding supporting policies. In terms of development and transformation, we must change our ideas and concepts, accelerate structural adjustment, adhere to the geology-oriented, continuously reform and innovate, cultivate and upgrade capacities.
