摘要
青岛地铁8号线与红岛火车站共建段工程,具有筏板基础后浇带设置多、抗拔桩桩头多、受潮汐水的影响地下水位较高等特点,这给地铁筏板基础的防水施工带来了一定的困难。本工程主体结构高于围护桩桩顶标高位置采用砌砖抹面+高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材的防水形式,本文重点介绍了抗拔桩桩头、墙身及后浇带防水的施工工艺流程、操作要点及注意事项。
The joint construction section of Qingdao Metro Line 8 and the Red Island Railway Station is characterized by many post-cast strips on raft foundation,lots of heads of pulling-resistance piles and high groundwater level.These bring some difficulties to the waterproofing construction of the raft foundation.The part of main structure,which is higher than the elevation of the top of the pile,is waterproofed by plaster on bricks+polymer self-adhesive film waterproofing membrane.The article focuses on the construction technology,operating points and precautions for the waterproofing of heads of pullingresistant piles,wall bodies and post-cast strips.
