Focusing on the needs of regional poverty alleviation and industrial development, through establishing themechanism of specialty group coordinated management, the mechanism of resources collaborative configuration, and themechanism of teacher collaborative cultivation, Xi＇an Siyuan University constructs specialty groups, implements the policy ofpoverty alleviation and regional industrial development, promotes the school-running level and advantages, and establishes theirreplaceable status of schools in the local areas.
