摘要
随着我国学前教育事业的蓬勃发展,教育督导的重要性日益显现。虽然高职学前教育专业督导评估的目的是促进学前教育高质量发展,然而在督导评估过程中却呈现出不同层面的问题,即学前教育督导评估理念趋于平均主义、评估队伍欠缺规范科学、评估客体丧失话语权。面对这些问题,教育督导要通过转变评估观念,提升评估人员专业能力,以及多级联动监管共同形成合力,来保障学前教育质量全面提升。
With the rapid development of pre-school education in China, education supervision becomes more and moreimportant. Although the purpose of pre-school education supervision and evaluation is to promote the high-quality developmentof pre-school education, there are different problems in the process of supervision and evaluation. The evaluation concept tendsto be equalitarianism, the evaluation staff lack norms, and the assessment object loses the right to speak. Facing thesesproblems, the educational supervision should change the evaluation concept, enhance the professional ability of the staff, andform the resultant force through the multilevel supervision to guarantee the overall promotion of the educational quality ofpre-school major.
