The Current Situation and Legal Countermeasures of Medical Students' Right to Practice

实习供需失衡背景下,大学生实习期间权益被侵害问题日益严重,顶岗实习过程中学生权益保障问题一直是高职教育面临的难题。针对顶岗实习中存在的主要问题,通过审视现有法律的不足,探索解决顶岗实习相关问题的对策:确立相关法律关系,完善医学生顶岗实习法律法规体系,保障医学生实习工作能够顺利进行。

Under the background of imbalance between internship supply and demand, the infringement of rights andinterests of college students during internship is becoming more and more serious. The protection of the rights and interests ofstudents in the process of post internship has been a difficult problem in higher vocational education. In view of the mainproblems in the internship, this paper examines the shortcomings of the existing law, and explores the countermeasures to solvethe problems related to the internship： establish relevant legal relationships, perfect the legal system of medical studentinternship, and guarantee the internship of medical students. This can guarantee the medical students＇ practice work to becarried out smoothly.
