摘要
教师是教学质量的保障和内涵建设的核心力量。教师工作业绩考核指标体系的构建为教师专业发展提供明确的引领方向。以盘锦职业技术学院为例,阐述了高职院校教师岗位职责的主要内容、工作业绩考核评价遵循的基本原则、考核指标体系的构建、考核结果及应用,并在实施过程中不断优化考核指标,完善教师层面的内部质量保证机制。
Teachers are the assurance of teaching quality and the core strength of connotation construction. The constructionof teachers' performance evaluation index system can provide a clear direction for teacher professional development. TakingPanjin Vocational Technical College as an example,this paper elaborates the main content of teacher job duties in highervocational colleges, basic principles of performance evaluation, the construction of teachers' performance evaluation indexsystem,evaluation results and application. In the implementation process it constantly optimizes the evaluation index andimproves the internal quality assurance mechanism at the level of teachers.
