摘要
随着多条区内特高压交流输电线路的建成投运,华东电网已形成跨区特高压直流与区内特高压交流并列运行电网。安徽电网作为区内特高压交流的送端电网,应在现行的调度控制架构和标准体系下,保证特高压交流输电安全。文章首先分析区内特高压交流输电线路功率波动特点,通过时域波动概率、与电厂和500kV省间联络线波动相关性和各省调控制行为的影响分析,提出特高压输电线路实时潮流与AGC协同控制框架和控制策略,实现电网正常状态特高压输电潮流功率波动抑制、潮流优化控制和电网故障状态的潮流转移控制,提升特高压区域电网运行的安全性和可靠性。
East China power grid has been a parallel operation grid with cross-regional ultra high voltage (UHV) DC and intra-regional UHV AC transmission since several ultra high voltage AC transmission lines were built and put into operation. As the intra-regional sending end, Anhui power grid should guar- antee the security of UHV AC transmission in present dispatching and control frame and criteria system. Characteristics of intra-regional UHV power flow fluctuation are analyzed by probability of fluctuation in time domain, correlation of power plant and 500kV interconnecting lines among provinces and control pertbrmance of control areas firstly. And then a real-time power flow Control and AGC coordinated frame- work and strategy is proposed to restrain UHV AC power fluctuation, optimize the power flow and transfer control in fault status to promote security and reliability of UHV power grid.
