基于煤粉活化能及着火温度对燃烧调整的指导

摘要 通过TG-DSC实验,对三种不同煤阶的煤粉在不同升温速率条件下的燃烧反应动力学及着火特性进行了研究。在相同的外部条件下,电厂贫煤的活化能最大,电厂烟煤次之,电厂褐煤最小,与煤阶成对应关系;对于同一种煤粉,随着升温速率的提高,煤粉燃烧活化能逐渐变小。在相同的外部条件下,煤粉的煤阶越高,煤粉的着火温度越高;煤粉的着火温度随着升温速率的增高而增高,且上升趋势逐渐平缓,认为煤粉的燃烧存在一个临界升温速率,即在临界升温速率以上,煤粉的着火温度将不再发生变化。并对电厂锅炉在变换负荷和变换煤种的情况下进行燃烧分析,给出燃烧调整的相应理论指导。 The combustion kinetics and ignition characteristics of the coal powders of three different coal ranks in different heating conditions were studied by TG-DSC experiment. In the same external condi- tions, activation energy of meagre coal is the largest, bituminous coal the second and lignitous coal the least, corresponding to the coal rank. For the same kind of pulverized coal, with the increase of heating rate, the activation energy of pulverized coal combustion gradually decreases. In the same external condi- tions, the higher the coal rank, the higher the ignition temperature of the pulverized coal. The ignition temperature of the pulverized coal increases with the increase of the heating rate, and the rising trend is gradually slow. It is considered that the combustion of pulverized coal has a critical heating rate, that is, the ignition temperature of the pulverized coal will no longer change above the critical heating rate. The combustion analysis of the power plant boiler in the condition of changing load and changing coal type of- ters theoretical guidance for combustion adjustment.
