摘要
宽带雷达系统对发射通道的相位线性度的要求越来越高,而组件的发射通道往往工作在深饱和状态,幅度和相位都出现非线性压缩。介绍了一种可有效改善组件相位非线性度的设计方法,通过对已有功率芯片进行非线性建模,利用软件负载牵引法找出功放单片的最佳线性相位点,并针对此点进行二次匹配。将设计结果应用于实际产品,测试结果验证了使用此设计方法可有效改善宽带T/R组件相位非线性度。
Phase nonlinear distortion has been attached more and more importance in wideband active phased array system,but most time transmit module run in saturation state, its power gain and phase display nonlinear compress. In this paper,a design method for improving phase nonlinear distortion are introduced. we research on nonlinear modeling of a power amplifier, using load-pull to find best linear impedance,and matching it to load impedance. Finally, test result show this design method can effectively improve phase nonlinear distortion of wideband transmit module.
