无氨纶高弹纬编针织布的生产实践

PRODUCTION PRACTICE OF NON-SPANDEX HIGH ELASTIC WEFT KNITTED FABRIC

为了使针织面料既保持高弹性,又避免裁片边因拉伸氨纶露白头现象,采用T3000弹性纤维为地纱和精梳棉纱为衬垫纱,织造了纬编平针衬垫织物,结果表明,该面料达到了持久的高弹性,可为开发无氨纶弹性针织面料提供借鉴。

In order to maintain high elasticity of the knitted fabric, and avoid white-end phenomenon of the stretched spandex at trimming, the elastic filament T3000 and the combed cotton yarn were used as ground yarn and face yarn respectively to produce weft knitted fleece fabric. The results show that, the developed fabric not only achieves a lasting high elasticity, but also integrates the handle of eotton and silk, and has good heat and moisture comfort. The practice can provide reference for lastic knitted fabrics. development of non-spandex e-lastic knitted fabrics.
