里山理念视角下的浅山乡村旅游发展途径——以史长峪村为例

Development Pathways of Rural Tourism in Suburban Hilly Area Based on Satoyama Philosophy——Take the Shichangyu Village as an example

引入一种基于互惠互利且可持续的环境管理理念,即日本里山理念,从乡村景观保护与管理的角度出发,探讨其对乡村旅游发展的指导意义,并以北京浅山区史长峪村为案例,通过对其乡村旅游发展潜力及存在问题的分析,提出在可持续发展和人与自然和谐相处的前提下,通过人地共生、永续经营的乡村旅游发展观,挖掘在地景观价值的乡村旅游资源观,融入环境教育的乡村旅游产品观,以及多利益相关者参与的乡村旅游治理观四观协同的发展模式来促进乡村生态旅游的可持续发展,并在日本里山理念的基础上,衍生出具有中国特色的乡村发展模式。

This paper introduces the Satoyama Philosophy, a concept based on mutual benefit and sustainable environmental management in Japan, and then discusses its guiding significance for the development of rural tourism from the perspective of rural landscape protection and management. Shichangyu Village, Suburban Hilly Area in Beijing, is chosen as a case study area. By means of analyzing the development potential and existing problems of rural tourism, this study proposes four management strategies for sustainable rural tourism under the premise of sustainable development and harmonious coexistence between man and nature. These strategies include： rural tourism development concept of co-existence of man and land and sustainable management, rural tourism resources concept of digging the landscape value, rural tourism product concept of integrating environmental education and rural tourism governance concept of multi-stakeholder participation. Finally, rural development models with Chinese characteristics have been derived..
