改革开放以来中国负责任大国外交理念的创新发展,形成了邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛和习近平四代领导人的外交思想。四代领导人的外交政策都是秉持独立自主、对外开放、合作共赢的基本原则的负责任大国理念,既要对中国人民的生活福祉负责,也要对国际社会的和平与发展负责。在不同时期,基于中国的国情国力和国际社会的客观形势,四代领导人的外交思想有着不同的特点和具体内容。从邓小平时期的关注国内发展,到习近平时期的构建人类命运共同体,中国外交所提出的目标越来越高,所负担的国际责任越来越多,在国际社会的影响也越来越大。作为一个负责任的大国,中国把自己定位为国际秩序的维护者和建设者,致力于促进中国与世界的共同繁荣。

This article explores the innovation and development of Chinese foreign policy belief as a responsible great power after the reform and opening up with focusing on the main features of the four leaders＇ foreign policy thinking.The article argues that the four leaders＇ foreign policies all reflect the belief of responsible great power,the principle of which are independence and autonomy,opening up and win-win cooperation.China should be responsible not only for the welfare of its people,but also for the peace and development of the international society.During different periods,the four leaders＇ foreign policy thinking also has different features and connotations based on Chinese and international situations.From focusing on domestic development in Deng Xiaoping era,to constructing human community of shared future in Xi Jinping era,the objectives international responsibilities and international influence of Chinese foreign policy are becoming bigger and bigger.As a responsible great power,China has identified itself as a defender and constructor.
