解毒化瘀颗粒联合HAART治疗HIV合并重型HBV患者临床研究

Clinical Study of the Jiedu Huayu Granule Combined with HAART on Treating Patients of HIV Merged Heavy HBV

目的：观察解毒化瘀颗粒联合HAART治疗HIV合并重型HBV患者的临床疗效。方法：86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用解毒化瘀颗粒。分别于治疗前后监测患者的有效率、肝功能、凝血功能、HBV-M、症状积分的变化情况。结果：治疗组在有效率、症状积分、肝功能、凝血功能改善上均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,但在HBV-M改善上,两组间差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：解毒化瘀颗粒可改善HIV合并重型HBV患者的症状,提高有效率,对于肝功能及凝血功能的恢复具有促进作用,值得临床进一步研究和推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Huayu Granule on treating patients of HIV merged heavy HBV. Methods：86 cases were randomly and equally divided into the control and the observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,the treatment was added Jiedu Huayu Granule. The effective rate,liver function,coagulation function,HBV-M and symptoms integral were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：The effective rate,symptoms integral,liver function and coagulation function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. However,there was no significtiance between the two groups in the change of HBV-M（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Jiedu Huayu Granule can improve the symptoms and efficiency of patients of HIV merged heavy HBV,promote liver function and blood coagulation function recovery,worth of further research and promotion in clinical practice.
