疏肝解郁方联合三苯氧胺治疗乳腺癌及对肿瘤标志物水平影响

Effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction Combined with Tamoxifen on Treating Breast Cancer and Sutdy of Tumor Marker Levels

目的：探讨疏肝解郁方联合三苯氧胺治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效及对血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法：选取2012年6月—2014年11月本院收治的乳腺癌患者86例,随机分为对照组（n=43）及观察组（n=43）,2组均行手术切除治疗,术后给予枸橼酸他莫昔芬片（三苯氧胺）,观察组在此基础上给予疏肝解郁方辨证论治。统计2组近远期临床疗效及治疗期间的不良反应;比较2组治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平的变化。结果：观察组总有效率为62.79%,显著高于对照组的39.53%（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗后1年、2年生存率显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗期间观察组并发症发生率为27.91%,明显低于对照组的65.11%（P〈0.01）。治疗后观察组血清CEA、CA153及TSGF水平均低于治疗前与对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗乳腺癌效果显著,可提高患者临床疗效及远期生存率,安全性好,且一定程度降低了相关肿瘤标志物的水平。

Objective：To explore effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction combined with tamoxifen on treating breast cancer and the tumor marker levels. Methods：Selected 86 patients of breast cancer in our hospital from June 2012 to November 2014,they were randomly divided into the control group（n=43）and the observation group（n=43）,two groups were both performed surgical resection,given tamoxifen after operation,the observation group was given Shugan Jieyu Decoction meanwhile. The short-term and longterm clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the 2 groups;The changes of tumor markers in the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared. Results：Total effective rate of observation group was 62.79%,significantly higher than the control group that was 39.53%（P〈0.05）. Survival rate of the observation group after treatment 1 year,2 year was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）;During the treatment,complication effective rate of the observation group was 27.91%,significantly lower than the control group which was 65.11%（P〈0.01）. After treatment serum CEA,CA153 and TSGF levels of the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment and control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of breast cancer have significant effectt,which can improve the patients＇ clinical curative effect and long-term survival rate,good security,and reduced the related the levels of tumor markers to a certain extent.
