雷火灸结合半导体激光治疗Ⅲb型前列腺炎临床观察 被引量:5

Clinical Observation of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Semiconductor Laser in the Treatment of Ⅲ b Type Prostatitis

摘要 目的:探讨雷火灸结合半导体激光治疗Ⅲb型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组40例与对照组40例进行疗效比较。治疗组采用雷火灸结合半导体激光治疗,对照组内服左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、NIH-CPSI评分的变化。结果:治疗组的有效率为87.5%;对照组的有效率为75.0%。经统计学处理,两组疗效总有效率差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。两组治疗后,NIH-CPSI评分均有明显改善(P〈0.05),治疗组改善程度优于对照组。结论:雷火灸结合半导体激光能显著减轻Ⅲb型前列腺炎的症状,是治疗Ⅲb型前列腺炎的一种比较理想的方法。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of Ⅲ b type prostatitis. Methods:80 cases of prostatitis were randomly divided into 40 patients treatment group and 40 patients of control group. The treatment group was treated with thunder and fire moxibustion combined with semiconductor laser,and the control group was treated with levofloxacin capsule. After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,and the changes of NIH-CPSI score were compared. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%. The effective rate of the control group was 75.0%. After statistical treatment,the total effective rate difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). After the treatment of two groups,the NIH-CPSI scores improved significantly(P〈0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion combined with semiconductor laser can significantly relieve the symptoms of Ⅲ b type prostatitis,is a more ideal method.
