眼针治疗中风后假性球麻痹临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation on the Treatment of Apoplectic Psudobulbar Paralysis by Eye Acupuncture

目的：探讨眼针疗法治疗中风后假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年6月—2017年5月于本院神经内科以中风后假性球麻痹为诊断收入院的患者82例,随机分为两组：对照组41例,予临床常规治疗;试验组41例,在常规治疗的基础上联合眼针疗法治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后洼田氏饮水试验、吞咽障碍评分、FMA评分、Barthel评分等变化,其结果应用统计学软件SPSS 19.0进行数据分析。结果：与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的洼田氏饮水试验、PSQI评分均较治疗前明显降低,吞咽障碍评分、FMA和Barthel评分均较治疗前明显升高;与对照组比较,试验组患者治疗后洼田氏饮水试验、PSQI评分明显低于对照组,吞咽障碍评分、FMA和Barthel评分水平明显高于对照组,试验组患者的临床总有效率（92.68%）明显高于对照组（73.17%）,以上结果差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：眼针治疗能有效改善中风后假性球麻痹患者吞咽障碍,提高生活质量,且具有较好临床疗效,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of eye acupuncture therapy on apoplectic psudobulbar paralysis. Methods：From June 2015 to May 2017,82 patients with apoplectic psudobulbar paralysis in neurology department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 41 cases were treated with routine clinical treatment,and the treatment group of 41 cases were combined with the therapy of eye acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment. The Watian drinking water test evaluation table,dysphagia score,Fugl Meyer motor function scale（FMA）,Barthel index assessment scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）were used before and after treatment. The patients in two groups were evaluated and the results data were analysed by statistical software SPSS 19. Results：After treatment,Watian drinking water test score and PSQI scale of two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment;In the meantime,dysphagia score,FMA score and Barthel score were significantly increased than that before treatment. Compared with the control group,Watian drinking water test scale and PSQI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment;Dysphagia score,FMA score and Barthel score were significantly higher than the control group after treatment;The total effective rate of the treatment group（92.68%）was significantly higher than the control group（73.17%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of eye acupuncture can effectively improve the function of deglutition and improve the quality of life in patients with apoplectic psudobulbar paralysis,and has good clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
