干预性中医护理预防儿童静脉留置针并发症疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Complications of the Children Intravenous Indwelling Needle by the Prevention of Interventional Nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的：观察干预性中医护理预防儿童静脉留置针并发症的疗效。方法：将826例住院患儿按留置针置管时间的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各413例,对照组患儿执行静脉留置针置管常规护理,对留管期间出现的留置针并发症予对症护理;观察组在对照组常规护理基础上给予干预性中医护理措施,对比两组疗效。结果：观察组发生并发症30例,发生率7.3%（30/413）;对照组发生并发症63例,发生率15.3%（63/413）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组出现静脉炎11例、液体外渗5例、堵管4例,低于对照组的23例、15例和12例,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用干预性中医护理措施护理儿童静脉留置针,严格执行留置针操作原则,做好预防措施及留置针置管护理宣传教育工作,能有效减少和避免留置针并发症的发生。

Objective：To observe the curative effect on complications of the children intravenous indwelling needle by the prevention of interventional nursing in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods：According to the time of insertion order,826 cases of children in hospital were divided into treatment group and control group（n=413）,the control group used the venipuncture routine nursing,symptomatic care was used to deal with the indwelling needle complications. The treatment group used the interventional nursing in traditional Chinese medicine,observe the two groups of clinical effect. Results：Complications in treatment group was 30 with incidence rate was 7.3%,complications in control group was 63 with incidence rate was 15.3%,which had significant difference（P〈0.05）. The treatment group children appear phlebitis 1 case,fluid extravasation 5 cases,blocking pipe 4 cases,which were inferior to the control group（23 cases,15 cases and 12 cases）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using intravenous indwelling needle with interventional nursing in traditional Chinese medicine,strictly implement the principle of indwelling needle operation,pay attention to the prevention measures and nursing propaganda education work,which can reduce and avoid the complications of indwelling needle.
