摘要
目的了解2010年中国江苏省、广西壮族自治区0-15岁健康儿童与新生儿母亲的风疹IgG抗体水平。方法选取江苏、广西各1个县2010年0-15岁健康儿童和新生儿母亲采集血清标本,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测风疹IgG抗体,分析风疹抗体阳性率和几何平均浓度(GMC)。结果调查人群的风疹抗体总阳性率为60.2%(265/440),GMC为32.1IU/mL;江苏、广西调查人群的风疹抗体阳性率分别为65.5%(144/220)、55.0%(121/220),GMC分别为35.4IU/mL、29.5IU/mL;年龄别抗体阳性率在0.0%-95.0%之间(x^2=143.77,P〈0.05),GMC在7.8IU/mL-102.5IU/mL之间(H=149.50,P〈0.05)。结论两地区0-15岁健康儿童与新生儿母亲风疹抗体水平高,但不同年龄组存在较大差异。应加强人群的风疹血清学监测,以发现免疫空白并采取相应的疫苗免疫措施。
Objective To determine levels of rubella Ig G antibodies in healthy children aged 0-15 years and new mothers in Jiangsu province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China in 2010.Methods We obtained serum samples of healthy children aged 0-15 years and new mothers from 2 counties in Jiangsu and Guangxi in 2010 for testing rubella Ig G antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) and to determine positivity rates and geometric mean concentrations( GMC) of antibody.Results The positivity rate of rubella Ig G among all subjects was 60. 2%( 265/440),and the GMC was32. 1 IU/mL. Positivity rates of rubella Ig G in Jiangsu and Guangxi were 65. 5%( 144/220) and 55. 0%( 121/220),with GMCs of 35. 4 IU/mL and 29. 5 IU/mL,respectively. Age-specific positivity rates ranged from 0. 0% to 95. 0%( x^2= 143. 77,P〈0. 05),and age-specific GMCs ranged from 7. 8 IU/mL to 102. 5 IU/mL( H = 149. 50,P〈0. 05). Conclusions Levels of antibody against rubella in healthy children aged 0-15 years and new mothers in both regions were high,but with significant differences by age group. We should enhance rubella surveillance to identify immunity gaps and take appropriate measures to ensure immunity.
