湖北省2017年第二类疫苗的采购和供应分析

Procurement and supply of Category Ⅱ vaccines in Hubei province,2017

目的分析湖北省第二类疫苗的采购和供应状况。方法利用湖北省第二类疫苗采购系统收集2017年第二类疫苗的采购和分发数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2017年湖北省99家县级疾病预防控制中心（CDC）共采购26种第二类疫苗8 159 443剂次,平均每万人口采购1 386剂次。狂犬病疫苗、乙型肝炎疫苗、流感疫苗分别占采购量的25.99%、11.18%、9.67%,5月、9月、12月采购分别占12.00%、13.12%、12.65%。生产企业对CDC采购订单的平均响应率为91.06%（9 303/10 216）,呈逐月上升趋势（Z=-17.22,P=0.000）;企业实际发货订单占接收订单的98.77%;CDC实际收货订单占企业实际发货订单的98.55%;24d内及时配送率为79.01%,呈逐月上升趋势（Z=-8.80,P=0.000）。结论 2017年湖北省第二类疫苗采购和供应良好,需进一步加强其监督和管理。

Objective To analyze the procurement and supply of Category Ⅱ vaccines in Hubei province.Methods We used the Hubei Category Ⅱ Vaccine Procurement System to collect data on procurement and delivery of Category Ⅱ vaccines in 2017 for descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results In total,8 159 443 doses of 26 different Category Ⅱ vaccines were procured by 99 county centers for disease control and prevention（ CDCs） in 2017,yielding an average of 1 386 doses per 10 000 population.Among procured doses, rabies vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, and influenza vaccine accounted for25. 99%,11. 18%,and 9. 67%,respectively; 12. 00%,13. 12% and 12. 65% of doses were procured in May,September,and December,respectively. The fulfillment rate of manufacturers to CDC＇s orders was 91. 06%（ 9 303/10 216）,increasing by month（ Z =-17. 22,P = 0. 000）. Orders delivered by manufacturers accounted for 98. 77% of received orders. Orders received by CDCs accounted for98. 55% of orders fulfilled by manufacturers. The delivery rate within 24 days was 79. 01%,increasing by month（ Z =-8. 80,P = 0. 000）. Conclusions The Category Ⅱ Vaccine Procurement and Supply system functioned well in Hubei in 2017. We should strengthen its supervision and management.
