浙江省杭州市两剂次水痘减毒活疫苗接种率分析

Coverage of two doses of varicella attenuated live vaccine in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province

目的分析杭州市2008-2015年出生儿童水痘减毒活疫苗（Varicella attenuated live vaccine,VarV）接种率。方法通过杭州市儿童免疫规划信息管理系统收集2008-2015年出生儿童VarV接种数据,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果在849 730名2008-2015年出生儿童中,第1剂次VarV（VarV_1）接种率为91.50%,各年出生儿童在88.29%-93.44%之间;城区、城乡结合部、郊县儿童分别为92.70%、89.98%、92.70%。在598 998名2008-2013年出生儿童中,第2剂次VarV（VarV_2）接种率为53.41%,各年出生儿童在31.70%-65.21%之间;城区、城乡结合部、郊县儿童分别为57.74%、47.83%、57.26%。结论杭州市儿童VarV_1接种率高,而VarV_2接种率较低,需加强两剂次VarV接种宣传。

Objective To assess coverage of varicella attenuated live vaccine（ VarV） among children born in 2008-2015 in Hangzhou city. Methods We obtained VarV vaccination data of children born in 2008-2015 by the Hangzhou Childhood Immunization Information Management System for descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results Among 849 730 children born in 2008-2015,coverage of the first dose of VarV（ VarV_1） was 91. 50%,ranging from 88. 29% to 93. 44% by birth year,with 92. 70%,89. 98%,and 92. 70% coverage for urban,suburb,and rural children,respectively. Among 598 998 children born in 2008-2013,coverage of the second dose of VarV（ VarV_2） was 53. 41%,ranging from 31. 70% to 65. 21% by birth year,with 57. 74%,47. 83%,and 57. 26% coverage for urban,suburb,and rural children,respectively. Conclusions VarV_1 coverage was high while the VarV_2 coverage was low among children in Hangzhou. Health education about a 2-dose VarV vaccination schedule should be enhanced.
