摘要
目的评价河北省二价脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗（bOPV）预防接种的安全性。方法通过全国疑似预防接种异常反应（AEFI）监测信息管理系统收集河北省2017年bOPV的AEFI报告数据,进行描述性分析。结果河北省2017年共报告bOPV的AEFI 590例,报告发生率为22.02/10万剂,其中一般反应、异常反应分别占95.25%（562例,20.98/10万剂）、3.39%（20例,0.75/10万剂）;≤1岁占70.34%;发生在接种疫苗后≤1d内占87.63%。结论河北省bOPV预防接种安全性良好。
Objective To evaluate the bOPV safety profile in Hebei province. Methods We obtained bOPV AEFIs reported from Hebei in 2017 from the National Information Management System for Surveillance of Adverse Events Following Immunization（ AEFI） and conducted a descriptive analysis.Results A total of 590 bOPV AEFI cases were reported in 2017,for an incidence of 22. 02 per 100 000 doses; common and rare adverse reactions accounted for 95. 25%（ 562 cases,20. 98 per 100 000 doses）and 3. 39%（ 20 cases,0. 75 per 100 000 doses）,respectively; ≤1 year-olds accounted for 70. 34%;and 87. 63% bOPV AEFI occurred within 1 day after vaccination. Conclusions Bivalent OPV had a good safety profile in Hebei.
