Challenges and Countermeasures: The Debates Between Direct Social Perception and the Theory of Mind on the Problem of Other Minds

直接社会感知作为他心知的另一选项挑战了心智理论的主导地位,成为社会认知研究中不可绕开的部分。但是,当前的直接社会感知理论还并不完善,因此受到了心智理论强烈地回击。通过文献综述的方法分析当前他心的直接社会感知路径所遇到的来自心智理论的各种挑战,陈述了直接社会感知所提出的应对策略和心智理论对于自身的完善,最后简要地展望了直接社会感知研究的可能走向。

As an alternative way to understand others, direct social perception challenges the dominance of the theory of mind, which has become an irreplaceable part of social cognition research. However, the current research on direct social perception is not much developed, which has been strongly challenged by the theory of mind. This paper analyzes through literature review various challenges from the theory of mind and the selfadjusting of the current direct social perception path in response to the theory of mind. At last, this paper states the countermeasures proposed by direct social perception and the future developing tends of direct social perception.
