磁处理下水质参数与析晶污垢热阻相关性分析

摘要 为研究管式换热器表面不同磁感应强度对析晶污垢的影响,并比较不同磁感应强度下水质参数的变化。通过实验研究的方式,得出在0 T、0.01 T、0.02 T下污垢热阻及水质参数(pH、电导率、溶解氧、OD值)的变化情况。结果表明,随磁感应强度的增大,污垢热阻值减小;水质参数值逐渐增大;对比水质参数与热阻,得出不同水质参数下对热阻的影响。对热阻及水质参数值进行多项式拟合,通过多元线性回归,得出基于Kern-Seaton模型和各参量的污垢热阻表达式。 In order to study the effect of different magnetic field strength on the fouling of the surface of the shell and tube heat exchanger, the water quality parameters were compared under different magnetic induction intensity. Through the experimental study, the change of fouling resistance in 0 T,0.01 T and 0.02 T was obtained. And the value of pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen and OD varied with different magnetic fields. The results show that the fouling thermal resistance decreases gradually with the increase of magnetic induction intensity, and the water quality parameter value increases gradually. By comparing the water quality parameters and thermal resistance value, the influence of different water quality parameters on the thermal resistance was obtained According to the least square method, the thermal resistance and water quality parameters were fitted by polynomial, and the fouling resistance model based on Kern-Seaton model, magnetic induction intensity and water quality parameters was obtained by multiple linear regression.
